Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.

Delivery is considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided, including placement in a safe location or delivery to a concierge, reception, or mailroom when appropriate.
Responsibility for the order transfers upon confirmed delivery.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with BroCrates.
Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and BroCrates, including any loss, damage, or claims related to products or services.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may be processed by Shopify and its service providers as necessary to operate the Services.
Section 11 – Feedback
If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant BroCrates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content.
You represent that:
- You have the rights to submit the Feedback
- The Feedback does not violate any laws or third-party rights
We are not obligated to maintain, compensate, or respond to Feedback.
